We tried this candy shop for the first time last weekend and really enjoyed the castle-ambiance. Kids would love it too. They have a huge selection of chocolate based (and some non-chocolate) based candies. They also have a ton of sugar free options which is great for those watching their sugar. We tried a variety of treats which were tasty- I particularly enjoyed the chocolate caramels. I was a little disappointed that the kind girls working behind the counter couldn't explain what some of the candies were, but they did offer to let me try one which made up for it some. We also tried a box of their chocolate covered strawberries, but were a bit disappointed as they were a little sour and not very good. However the other chocolates we got were amazing and worth returning!
A big thank you for the great customer service. I live in Arizona but always order any specialty candy from Rosalind. I recently made an error on an order and a lady called me to ask me about my mistake. I realized my error after I sent the order in and thought I was just going to have to explain the error to the recipient. But Rosalind caught the error and called and said they would correct it. They also delayed shipment until my family would be home to get it. (Porch pirate danger!) You don't get that kind of care and customer service anymore. Again, thank you.

This little candy store in New Brighton, PA is great with a superb sugar free assortment of chocolates. Even though we live in Texas, I order 2 boxes of the sugar free candy from them every few months and my husband loves it!!
There is a section in this great candy store that sells Sugar Free Chocolate! Yes! The candy in this section is made using malitol. The Candy Castle is our first stop when we visit family in Pennsylvania and our last stop before we head back to Albuquerque, NM. We love this store.
Rosalind's Candy Castle has been in business for several decades. This candy store is not actually in the shape of a castle, but I still had fun visiting it and then eating my candy later. :) Rosalind sells their own chocolates as well as hard and chewy candies. When I first entered the store, an employee behind the counter greeted me. The store was small, but it had a large kitchen in the back, and it displayed a large selection of chocolates and candies. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, employees wore face masks, they required customers to wear face masks, and stickers on the floor reminded customers to stand six feet apart. I picked out several items, including chocolate-covered cherries, chocolate-covered pretzels, chocolate-covered raisins, chocolate-covered peanut butter, peach gummies, and gummy bears. When I was ready to check out, there was a line of other customers, but another employee arrived and immediately rang up my items. The total price was $32. She thanked me for my business and wished me a happy Easter. Over the next couple of days, I ate the candy, and it all tasted delicious. The only problem that I experienced was that one package was difficult to open without scissors, so when I opened it by hand, the chocolate flew out and landed on the floor.
Great store-made chocolates and other candies. Employees are friendly and helpful. Smells great inside!
When living in Beaver Falls, Rosalind was our favorite candy store. Moving seventeen years ago to NM they still remain our favorite. I order all holiday candy and sometimes in between from them. Shipping cost does not matter - their chocolate is well worth it. Norma Palka
Amazing chocolate, amazing customer service. I ordered a $12.50 chocolate rabbit for my mom for Easter and the shipping was $9.99 to Colorado. I was fine with that, their chocolate bunny is well worth $22.50. The next day they called me to apologize for the shipping cost and let me know they tried every way to ship it and that was the cheapest they could find. The rabbit arrived today and in the box was a letter again apologizing for the shipping cost and thanking ME for being nice on the phone. They also included a bag of their delicious chocolate foil Easter eggs. I'm sure they lost money on this order. You can't get individualized service like this anymore! I will make it up to you Rosalind's - I will order extra peanut butter melt-aways this year! Thank you, not only for the delicious chocolate that my family has been enjoying for years, but for the amazing customer service that you just can't get anywhere any more.
I love Rosalind's. It will forever remind me of my grandma and my childhood visits to her home in Beaver. Every Christmas, we would get two big boxes of the chocolate creams dipped in white chocolate. Every holiday, chocolate shaped whatever (i.e. Santa, Easter Bunny, Valentines heart chocolate lollipops, Easter eggs). All of the chocolates are delicious and the prices are affordable. I have never had anything from Rosalind's that I didn't like.
